Is this therapy?

No. This is coaching — strategic, job-focused, and rooted in behaviour change.

We don’t process your childhood. We help you stop missing deadlines.

Do I need a diagnosis to work with you?

Nope. If you suspect ADHD is messing with your work life, that’s enough to start.

What kind of jobs is this for?

Advertising, marketing, strategy, creative, account handling, production, planning — anything where thinking fast, juggling chaos, and getting it done matters.

Can my employer pay for this?

Yes. Many do. We can also help you apply for Access to Work funding if you’re UK-based.

What’s the difference between 1:1 and group coaching?

1:1 = completely tailored. Group = job-specific peer support, structure, and shared problem-solving. Both are grounded in the ADHD Creative Brief method.

Can I refer my team member / colleague?

Yes. If you’ve got someone brilliant-but-burned-out, this could be the support they need. Drop us a message.

Will you teach us generic productivity hacks?

No. We don’t do “just start”, Pomodoro, or pastel-coloured planners.

Is this just for creatives?

Not at all. Our coaching is designed for anyone in high-stim, fast-response roles. Creatives, strategists, account people, producers — everyone gets ADHD’d differently.
