1-2-1 coaching

Let’s be honest. You’re not here because things are fine.

You’re here because you’re smart, creative, and full of potential—but always feel like you’re fighting against your brain. Not the thinking. Not the ideas. The doing. The follow-through. The admin. The emails. The fucking timesheets.

Maybe you’re:

• Constantly playing catch-up despite working all the time

• Avoiding things you know are important (and hating yourself for it)

• Great in meetings, lost in the hours between

• Drowning in half-finished decks and panicked late-night pushes

• Burnt out, or dangerously close

You’ve probably tried a few productivity hacks, to-do list apps, or online advice that made you feel worse, not better. Most of it wasn’t built for people like us—or for the kind of work we do in this industry.

Built for brilliant ADHD minds working in advertising and marketing

This is different

Fuelled by ADHD 1:1 coaching is designed for people in the creative industries—people who live in deadline-driven, overstimulating, idea-heavy, fast-moving agency environments. It’s built to help you get shit done without losing the best parts of how your brain works.

This isn’t therapy.

It’s not cheerleading.

It’s structured, behavioural coaching rooted in the science of executive function—adapted specifically for adland brains.

What the coaching covers

Each session is personalised, but we typically work through challenges like:

  • Defining what ‘getting it together’ actually means for you

  • Spotting the loops that derail your week e.g. inbox spirals, deck paralysis, or deadline amnesia

  • Mapping your ADHD patterns — and designing around them

  • Reframing the stories you’ve absorbed about yourself

  • Building real tools you’ll actually use

  • Creating a way of working that fits — and survives agency life, even when your brain, briefs, and bandwidth are all over-stretched

This is tailored coaching for people in advertising and marketing — creatives, strategists, planners, producers, client leads, or anyone whose job sits somewhere between chaos and ideas.

Strategy Director, Independent Creative Agency

“I finally feel like I have space in my brain again. Things aren’t magically easier, but I’m not spiralling every week.”

Senior Account Manager, Brand Agency

“I’d tried everything. The difference here was that Matthew actually knows how agency life works—and didn’t make me feel like a project.”
