1. Who We Are

Fuelled by ADHD is a trading name of Fuelled By Ltd, a UK-registered company offering ADHD coaching, training, and digital resources for individuals and employers in advertising and marketing.

2. Coaching & Training Services

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. It’s a structured, practical support service focused on behaviour, strategy, and performance at work.

You are responsible for your own actions and decisions. We provide tools, not guarantees.

3. Confidentiality

Everything discussed in 1:1 or group coaching is confidential, unless:

• We’re legally required to disclose it (e.g. risk of harm)

• You’ve given explicit consent to share

Group sessions are also governed by mutual respect — what’s said in the group stays in the group.

4. Payments & Cancellations

• Payment is required upfront for all services unless otherwise agreed.

• Missed sessions with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be rescheduled or refunded.

• Refunds for digital products are not offered due to the nature of downloadable content.

If you’re struggling with access due to financial reasons, get in touch — we’re happy to explore solutions where possible.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials (including The ADHD Creative Brief, tools, exercises, and training content) are the intellectual property of Fuelled by ADHD.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell these materials without written permission.

6. Access to Work Coaching

If your coaching is funded via Access to Work:

• Sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe

• You are responsible for maintaining communication with your case manager

• Missed or unresponsive periods may lead to the support being paused
